At Tijuana Slough Surf Co., we believe that getting your surfing gear should be as easy as catching a wave. That's why we charge a flat rate of $5, regardless of the size of your order. We also offer express shipping for an additional fee, just ask! Our team carefully packages each order to ensure that it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving them. Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or send you the requested exchange item.
